Had a very confusing interview with BAT. I was approached proactively for a role in their recrutiment team and out of interest I took the interview. Throughout the interview, they were just focused about reasons for me wanting to leave my current role or why I had left my previous. There was no interest in asking about my experience, growth in my role or achievements which left me confused as to why they asked for an interview in the first place.
