4 steps, apply and take some personality test than the first interview, then some assessment, group and individual, this is an important process so make sure you prepare well and at the end final interview with the head of the function

cognitive test - phone interview- video interview -Assessment centre. interview questions weren't hard, just covered some standard competency questions. I'd recommend just double checking your experiences thoroughly. did not get the job in the end
