A team from BAT came to my university for and offered a few internships. I applied with a cover letter and CV and was called for an interview.
The interview was with the line manager and hr person responsible for that area. The interview was mostly about my CV and how i was relevant to the position applied for .

Why do you think we should hire you for this position ?
The process begins with pymetrics games,then an online interview follows and finally an interview with the panel. Overall it was a positive experience,with very welcoming interviewers.Its somewhere you'd want to work.
The interview is quite chill and friendly for a first timer like me. It was pretty smooth I would say, even though I'm quite nervous. The interviewer not giving much pressure also, quite ok even though some question quite challenging also

Entrevista
I had a very positive experience. There were two people interviewing me and they were both very friendly and welcoming. The interview was 45 minutes long and it was a relaxed environment.
