Started with an online numerical&analitycal test, rather standard- like SHL test. Then a phone interview with UK (I am from Poland), there were some behavioural and general competency questions. This interview lasted about 45 minutes and there were about 90 seconds for each question. An interviewer expects concrete answers and examples.
