The first interview lasted one hour and was conducted with the department manager, who was nice and approachable. The manager began by explaining the role and the company's processes in a clear and detailed manner. The questions covered general interview topics, as well as specific areas related to accounting and software. They also asked about my experience in other countries and how the accounting systems work there.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und locker, sodass man sich schnell wohlfühlt. Es werden die üblichen Standardfragen gestellt, wodurch das Gespräch strukturiert bleibt und dennoch angenehm und ungezwungen wirkt.
