Entrevista
Applied online, had a call with a recruiter 3 weeks later. Then a panel interview one week after that. Panel interview consisted of Presentation and Behavioural Questions lasting 60 minutes. Then a wall of silence after that. No reply from anyone or their online portal of any update. Do not recommend them unless you are desperate. If they cannot tell you where you are in the application imagine how they will treat you when you are working there.

Q: Tell us a time on how you handled conflict at the workplace.
The first interview took around 40 minutes, and they asked about my previous project experience. They showed interest and commented that there was a good fit. However, they didn't go back to me after that, and I wrote a follow-up email; they didn't reply at all.

Phone screen. Into with hiring manager. Panel interview. Maybe a couple more interviews depending on the group. Straight forward. Everyone were really nice and want you to succeed! HR was really helpful in scheduling the interviews.

Se llevan varias sesione con reclutadoras internas, hay una especie de panel con los tomadores de decisión y finaliza con pruebas psicometricas, socioeconómicas y médicas. El proceso que lleve fue muy positivo.
