Full day of interview at their site in Geismar. They brought us out and gave us a nice dinner and hotel with 4 interviews and a plant tour the next day. Very nice and appreciative of the time you took to go out there.

15 min initial phone screen (logistics about moving, the interview process, etc)
45 min web ex interview. interviewed with HR and an Engineer who was apart of the PDP program before. the questions were very in depth (like each question had multiple questions to them).
Know their Core values and how you can relate to them! (creative, open, responsible, entrepreneurial)

pretty difficult, they will probe very deep into your resume to make sure you know what you're talking about. technical questions can get very involved, but you don't have to know all of them

I spoke to a rep at a career fair and scheduled an on campus interview. I had two 30 minute interviews. One consisted of a few technical questions and the other was behavioral based. The rep said the turn around time would be quick and they would let me know if I would receive an offer soon.
