Entrevista
Submitted online application. After a week plus, received a phone interview on general background (eg. field of study, interests, motivation/goals etc). The day itself, received a call back for availability for a F2F interview to be scheduled.
Interviewed on campus after a career fair. The interview was conducted in two parts, with two separate interviews. One part was behavioral with standard questions and one was technical just assessing your reasoning skills.

no return. I thought I had passed, but I didn't receive any notification.
I'm still waiting today.
Once they choose the person they want, they discard the others too easily.

tell us about yourself, your resume and motivations
There are two rounds of interview. Both were chill. The first round was more about behavioral questions，such as what is your strength， can you use three words to describe youself. Second round was with line managers, with more professional job-related questions.
