It was a physical interview. There are 2 managers, both keep asking about why I leave the company each one from recent company until my first company/job. And want to know what I am doing for each company. 1 of the managers repeating same questions again as already asked by other manager therefore I have no choice to give same answer as company restructuring which is out of my control. They are focusing too much on my resume and reason for leaving. After they finished asking me questions related to my resume, straight away to conclude the interview. 1 of the managers only ask the other manager is there any question to give at me but never ask me whether I have question or not. So, I don’t get to ask any question regarding for this position. They never bother to ask me any questions that related to job scope I applied. Whole interview session was an interrogation rather a conversation. Both seems clueless, negative minded and doesn’t know what to look for. Totally one-sided and red flag for sure. Wasting my time, energy and my money ( for expensive parking fees, petrol and toll ).
