One hour interview on technical questions. CIO and dev lead present. No HR in company so everything is kind of fishy. Easy to negotiate additional vacation and 5% higher on pay from initial offer. No clear owner or boss as Vancouver office run my San Fransico office, yet you do not get to meet with CEO. Entire business concept of online horse race betting seems very on the edge of being illegal.
