I was recommended by an ex-coworker and contacted by the HR Manager for the position.
Following telephonic confirmation of my interest I forwarded my resume via email followed by an interview. The interview was quiet informal. HR Manager and line manager to the position attended. The discussion was open and comfortable. No mind games or testing involved.
