Online assessment, phone call, online interview. Assessment is very simple, with pre-recorded sections on HireVue. Phone call more or less repeats the questions from the online assessment. Online interview lasts one to two hours and goes further in depth with regards to your experiences.

It began with 4 interview questions, then went on to mental aptitude tests—easy links to follow. They also provided a character profile based off the mental aptitude test answers that was generated by AI.
