Good process, gamified assessment with a video interview. Very straight forward and easy to understand. Video interview involves 5 questions, you get plenty of time to think and answer, and if you aren't happy with your answer then you can re-record up to 3 times.

Tell me about a time you had to quickly adjust your work priorities to meet changing demands. Give an example of when you have needed to be flexible or adapt to change in your job.
