I spent 30+ minutes on an initial HR phone screen which went very smoothly; my profile was appealing to them and the salary expectations were aligned. This led to a second round interview with their Head of Data Science which also went very well and ended with an expectation that the actual hiring managers would now get involved. And that was it. They never got back to me after that. Several hours of my time spent prepping, and doing the interviews wasted. What a joke. In my current day job, BAE AI could be a potential client in the future.
