Multiple interviews and presentation, lunch provided. Interviews with two at a time, presentation to four different employees. Overall a very nice experience. Have not heard back yet about the status of the position.

Mostly Behavior Questions and questions about experience. For the presentation, questions about how you handled specific team project situations.
6 strength based questions to gauge your character. They use hire vue so you can re-do the questions as many times as you want if you make a mistake - not the best prep for the live interview in the next stage though!
