first there was an interview with HR, then an interview with a member of the department and the manager, then a huge and difficult task that had to be turned into a presentation and then a presentation of the task at a meeting. At the end of it all, for a JUNIOR position they said they had chosen someone with more experience. I asked for feedback on where I'd gone wrong and what I could improve, as I'd had 3 meetings and a task that I'd worked on for days, but I never got any response, which was totally disrespectful of my time. I will never apply for a job with this company again
