group activities, shop floor walk around, one to one interveiw. asked to work in a team to build a paper towel, then asked to do a sales pitch to sell a b&q item, finally had to go on shop floor and ask customers if they needed any help. afterwards called back for an interview.

Telephone Interview was very relaxed and lasted around ten- fifteen minutes this was followed by a interview in store a few days later which had a friendly, upbeat laid back feel and lasted around thirty minutes.
