Good, was very quick. Area manager kept in contact with me after the interview. Communication from there recruitment was spot on.
Time and place was confirmed both on the phone and email and I believe maybe text aswell, though I didn’t go for the job in the end it was very professional

structured , on time , virtual , swot analysis , asked lots of questions related to capability and experience and asked to walk through CV, and more and more and more like that. Got the opportunity to ask questions etc.

tell me about a time you managed a situation about bad customer service for the store KPI
Applying was straight forward. Phone interview with HR the next day. Invited to interview 2 days after that. Asked to prepare a SWOT of 2 sites. Interview was with 2 area managers.
Friendly interview with the area manager and another manager present to take notes. However was asked to provide a SWOT analysis in the email invitation that wasn’t asked for during the interview and it also felt like the area manager had a candidate already chosen and just going through the motions.
