First you get invited to do a Sparkhire video to explain motivation Case study where you get questions similar to what the job is about (i.e. verifying BIA questions with available documentation) Then you get a chance to call with a B Lab employee to ask questions about working for B Lab Panel interview

Incredibly long time process and unprofessional with the aside that the phone calls were all great and riveting conversations and this is probably no reflection on the team! I found out about an interview almost 7 weeks after I initially applied, I find this way too long for industry standard. I had two phone interviews totaling almost two hours of time two months after I had applied. I found the long phone interviews a weird step and wish they had just done in person if they are looking for that long of a conversation. Then, after hearing the next steps (ANOTHER phone interview) and sending thank yous, I never received a response. Sent two follow up emails to HR over two more months (four months after initial apply) and no word.
