Was kept waiting for 20 minutes into my scheduled interview time. First given company orientation by Hiring manager. Later introduced to software development staff of three. They asked me to summarize my experience as it related to the prospective position. They seemed interested and pleased when I started showing screen shots of my work and the unique features I had developed. It was a pleasant interview.
