I had 2 interviews with B. Braun Melsungen for the role in Regulatory Affairs. The director, group leader and Senior Vice President of the department joined the interview as well as HR representative. The interviews took 4 hours in total for these 2 different rounds. However, they were not professional enough to tell me the final status of my application after 2 long interviews. They promised that they would let me know shortly. After a while, I recontacted with them to ask kindly about the status of my application and they said again they would let me know soon. 1 year passed, still no answer. For me, it is totally normal and understandable issue if there is no offer after the interview. However, no response although they promised they would inform me. I do not see any professional attitude here after 4 hours interviews as 2 different rounds as well as after my follow-up email. I am happy that I am not working this kind of amateur people who have big job titles but not aware of basic ethical characteristics.
