Interviews were conducted with the President of Consulting and then the Chief Administration Officer and CEO. The interviews were open and honest conversations that focused on the applicants fitness for the role and alignment of core values. After an initial interview with the hiring manager, the other interviews were conducted to determine the hiring decision. Communications were quick and the process was very professional.
