Had a phone interview and then was asked to come in for a face to face, which involved a presentation of what PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic Display are as well as answers to a question sheet sent a week prior. Despite asking when my start date was on my application, phone interview and face to face, I got offered the position with the basis that I would be able to start within the next week, which unfortunately was not feasible.
