Overall I found the interview process really positive. I was called by the recruiter on a Thursday for the initial phone screening, had the technical interview the following Tuesday, and heard back about the position by Friday - overall about a week for the whole process.
The phone screening was really typical, asking about my experience and describing the company. The technical interview was half answering technical questions (asking about object-oriented concepts) and half coding, with time at the end for any questions that I had. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and overall I enjoyed the process.

Na een initieel telefonisch gesprek volgde er een online gesprek via teams. Hier werd een interview afgenomen. Ze vroegen naar mijn studies, interesses en wat ik wilde doen van job. Na enkele dagen belde ze me terug om te zeggen dat ik niet geschikt was voor de job.
