I had a 30 minute video interview set up with one of the recruiters. He then proceeded to ask me a single question. Apparently, this one question was the only thing that mattered since there were no additional follow up questions about my experience and I did not proceed any further in the process. If having experience with specific software is that vital please make sure to get that info before having someone set aside time for a video interview.
