Entrevista
I was invited for 2 interviews approximately 2 months after applying. First of all, I had several correspondents with HR only to schedule the interviews because HR ''scheduled wrong'' several times. While in contact with HR, I asked what the interview would be all about (behavioral or technical), and HR told me that discussions at this stage would only be about values and behavioral. While at the interview, one question into the interview the people started to ask me very very technical questions. The worst about this was that they asked me questions that had nothing to do with the job according to the job description. In the middle of the interview, I mentioned to them that according to the job description, the internship would not be all about that and that HR told me that the interview would be behavioral/values. They said that they haven't read the job description and they haven't talked with HR so they cannot know... Very unpleasant experience. If they would state what the job would be all about, I would never apply. Seems to lack of communication in this company.
La entrevista consta de una primera parte conversacional, donde te preguntan experiencia y expectativas. A continuación dos pruebas tipo test, una con preguntas sobre matemáticas (principalmente estadística) y una prueba sobre Python y SQL. La última parte de la entrevista consistió en la resolución de problemas de lógica "tipo acertijo".

Hay tres animales en una orilla del río, tienes que pasarlos al otro lado del río pero solo puedes llevar uno en casa viaje. El animal 1 se come al 2 y el animal 2 se come al 3, ¿ Como consigues transportarlos al otro lado sin que se coman entre ellos?
Prima con HR, poi con il team tecnico. In presenza, nella sala riunioni. Tutti abbastanza cordiali, nessun difetto grave. Recruiter molto disponibile anche via chiamata durante tutto il processo. Vedere sotto per domande.

Da neolaureato mi hanno chiesto, domande generiche sull'università e tesi. Poi un indovinello: Quante vaschette di tiramisù riesco a mettere in questa stanza. Ragionamento a voce alta.
