First screening went well and the recruiter would almost swear to me that this is not an old fashioned company anymore and very diverse. Met the hiring manager and interview went well too and he would also swear to me that the culture was not as reflected online and they are very diverse. Next round it was a presentation in person, I had to go to their offices to deliver presentation, I received great feedback but they still said no, arguing the other candidate did it better... 3 weeks later the headcount is still available. What I got out of it is how much BS they were throwing at me during the whole process. This is still a real boys club as one of the interviewers insisted that my customers will be "ALPHA MALES" ... really diverse comment. They asked for a Cloud presentation and then argued that I talked too much about cloud...
