Got interviewed at Ghansoli Axis Securities office Navi Mumbai. It was mentioned that Candidates living near Ghansoli are preferred and no that much technical skills required for this post. We went for interview. 1st round was Basic Written test those paper won't even get checked. Then Hr told us second round is Group Debate and its an elimination round. We 8 people went there, there're two interviewers. Told anyone can answer. Just started asking basic Technical questions. Anyway everyone knew answers of it so everyone started talking. And if someone talked if I break through someone speech in the middle of it it'd complete lead to chaos so everyone was answering it. They didn't even know the meaning of group debate round. The Hr told us we will get back to you. For these stupid interview I wasted my whole day.
