Phone interview we have to introduce ourselves and previous experiences,basic knowledge of this field,our achievements ,if any carear gap we have to explain about that also...need vehicle lisence etc after that we me have direct interview with branch head and also one more interview with circle head of our company

Its easy 1st round with centre manager and 2round with HR. They asked tell me about yourself...why you want to change?why insurance company?so overall the interview was easy and its good company to work.
