Behavioural interview with two staff present over virtual meeting software. The subtext was that they were looking for someone who had every single item in the job description. A big red flag was they were looking for a certain demographic as well, which they let slip. Positive feedback at the time, but turned down to go further in the process (thankfully). The original ad was not reflective of what they were actually looking for, and my primary contact didn't convey accurate information about the position. It was a waste of everyone's time in my opinion. I would advise avoiding this company as their hiring practices are not ethical.
