Two stages of the Axis bank young bankers program:
1. Aptitude test- Aprox 2 hours. Sections asked English, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Personality. No negative marks.
2. Personal Interview- Asked for Call letter, Job application form and Resume.
