Applied online. Rejected first time. Axios reached out to me to apologize for rejecting me and asked to interview. Step 1: 30 mins with internal recruiter. Standard recruiter questions about background and experience. Chance to ask questions. Step 2: 30 mins with hiring manager. Explains the role, the company etc. Rejected by internal recruiter after call with manager. Everyone I spoke with showed up between 3-5 mins late and the hiring manager kept trying to hang up the phone. She started the call by telling me she couldn't find my phone number... I had less than 3 minutes for any questions I had for the manager as a candidate. Overall, it was the least professional and objective interview I've ever had in product management. I left feeling like a piece of meat.
