Two voice phone calls, one Zoom video call before offer. It was a straightforward conversation. If you have the experience they are looking for, the interview was not difficult. I would expect if you did not have the necessary experience it would have been more of a challenge. Interviewer was prepared to discuss the demands of the schedule/lifestyle of film production. Since I was well-versed in that, the interviewer seemed thrown -- unsure of what other questions to ask me. So set experience is really important.
