This consisted of a phone screen followed by two interviews. The phone screen was for the recruiter to introduce the company, its values, and the interview process. I also took time to talk about myself and what makes me passionate about tutoring.

Very simple, there was a mock interview. The first round interview was a mock with which you re comfortable, the second is a situation in which as a tutor you would not be a as comfortable
