I met with 5 people at the interview, mostly account managers. Each of the interviewers spent time detailing the requirements of the job (which they made clear would be mostly phone work and filling quotas) and what kind of candidate they were looking for. The job was temp to perm with a transition period of 90 days, give or take. Overall the interview process was very easy.
