I applied through a staffing agency and was led to believe it was a temp position - when I got there they asked about my "five year plan" and made it clear it was a temp to perm position. They mostly described the position (a recruiter role is basically just sending out mass emails through a job board)
It was a good process had 3 round 1 -initial screening 2- aptitude test 3-face to face it was a simple and a interactive process. Me being a fresher i had a very good interview experience.
Attended the phone call interview, later an assessment on basic math related to time zone timings, pay rate, bill rate related basic questions, English question and logical reasoning asked,
overall it's an easy process. One should have minimum knowledge on basic math, english and reasoning skills

Entrevista
You would have a phone interview first, which further follows up with an in-person interview. After the interview, they would declare the results right away after which you would be provided an offer letter.
