Round 1: Fill up 3 forms - really loved that. Personal questions, opinions, etc Round 2: Code competence - simple Drupal 8 module. Just go to any existing employees' GitHub account and you'll see the challenge there. They haven't changed it in years. But I guess the idea is not about the solution rather, code quality, approach, etc. Still, it's better to have at least one more variant. Round 3: Technical interview. Goes very deep into Drupal 8 things. The interview is easy for anyone who has been working with Drupal 8 for a while. One thing I was dissapointed with was that the interviewer had a big problem with the fact that I looked at my code. I'm not sure why that's a big deal.
