You report to a site after applying, fill out an online application and other paperwork, and then get your fingerprints done. Next, they text you about orientation, which I have yet to attend. Apparently, you start work pretty much immediately after orientation.

Only two questions: when was the last time you were recognized for a job and why? ; what are your best two kills? It didn't seem like they cared about the answer, they just had to ask and get an answer.

Entrevista
Interview process was easy and quick. I initially applied for a warehouse position and the interviewing manager thought that I would be better placed as a Account Manager. After I interviewed with the first manager, I was then set up for a group interview with the Corporate manager.

There was no interview anyone is garunteed a job! No drug test or background check! Its pretty much labor ready, its not reliable at all you don't know if you're working until you get there!
