I went into a store and dropped off my resume. They called me back in about a month to come in and take a test. The test was math/reading skills and a personality test. I also had to fill out another Check N Go application. Then I went back in a week later to meet with the DM, then another week later met with the RVP. I felt they were very open on the details of the job and what they expected of me. My advice would be to always know the business you are interviewing for. Look professional and always promote your best aspects.
