I finished HR screening and the first level interview. I was constantly called and sent messages to be ready for the second round immediately. I moved some things around and finished my 2nd interview and no updates after that. Not even a rejection letter. Sad that your time and effort are taken for granted. I got ghosted by HR when asked for updates
