The recruiter set up 30 minutes call. The recruiter showed up 13 minutes late and the alway she was moderating the interview sounded she has no idea what she was doing and what position she was interviewing me!! Very unprofessional very lame process!!! DONT APPLY IN THIS COMPANY!! They want slaves not professional!

The whole interview was a joke and it seems I was selected for an interview despite them seemingly not having any interest in hiring me. I was interviewed by two people and asked to provide writing samples. Whole thing took about two hours which I had to take time off my current job to complete. I was asked the same questions multiple times by both interviewers, further wasting my time. Even if I were seriously being considered I would be annoyed. Anyways, minutes after getting off the phone with the final interviewer I got an email saying I wasn’t being considered going forward. I messaged the recruiter that I didn’t appreciate having my time wasted and that I would have appreciated some feedback. The numb skull recruiter than says she has no idea what the email is or where it came from, promised I was still being considered, but said if I weren’t interested anymore because of the email she would understand. After looking at some of the current and former employee reviews it doesn’t seem like I’m missing anything spectacular there. I still don’t appreciate them wasting my time and PTO. Shove it guys!!
