I used to worked for their top competitor supporting same products. When I start looking my supplier recommended me to Avnet. Immediately I was approached by their EVP. Once approved by EVP then I was further interviewed by 2 more Directors and then finally met with few more VPs in corporate. I think the first interview happened in Aug time and I finally got the offer in March - long, long time.
