Applied online through a jobsite. Got a call about a week later inviting me to a telephone interview the next day, consisting of a chat about my degree and what I knew about the role. Got invited to a second, face-to-face interview and couple of weeks later. Was told in advance interview would be competency based questions however in reality it was more of a general chat with no such questions being asked. Was told I would receive a response the following week. After 3 weeks had heard nothing so tried contacting the recruitment consultant with no repsonse. Eventually received and email telling me I was unccessful. Hiring process started out very positively however by the end it had unfortunately turned very negative.
