I was contacted by a recruiter first. There was a phone interview with HR followed by phone interview with VP of engineering. A follow up interview later in person, with a tour and lunch. There were general conversations about engineering projects in the past with some questions about a variety of topics. There were some questions about why I had gotten into engineering in the first place. There was a mountain of paperwork to fill out and a mandatory drug test before an offer was made. The place didn't seem very friendly and is located in bad neighborhood. Most of the regular employees I met there were nice, but all management was cold and aloof.
