The reason why I disapproved the experience of this interview is that, once they refused me after the assessment center, they didn't give me a feedback, even though I contacted the hr by email and by phone. I found this behavior unprofessional because the application process lasted two months, and only about twenty of us made it to the final assessment. Therefore, they would have only needed to contact a small number of candidates to provide feedback. Furthermore, considering the expenses incurred (travel and accommodation) to attend the final interview in person, I would have appreciated receiving feedback.
