Entrevista
My interview process had four steps. First a short Skype interview with the CTO, followed by a technical assignment I received in e-mail, then another Skype interview with two TLs and finally a interview in their Goteborg office.
There were no time wasting on HR like questions, all the interviews were with technical personnel. The technical assignment was easy. Everyone during the interviews were very nice and open about the company, they answered all my questions about the job/company honestly.
The final interview was quite long - approx. 4 hours - during which I had a in depth technical interview, a short meeting with one of the founders, a short meeting with two developers and finally a business lunch with developers/TLs and the CTO.

Entrevista
There were few stages like general talk about yourself, coding test and technical interview. I really liked all of them. People at Avinode are very kind, coding task was interesting as for me, with chance to show a bit analytic skills. Technical interview were also quite good with a chance to have a discussion with interviewers about questions, not just question/answer.
