They have not filled this position and it has been opened for going on 6 months in the most crowded and competitive job market since 2008. Apparently they just haven't found the right candidate. Avineon is in denial. The unicorn candidate, simply doesn't exist no matter how long they stall hiring. If a position has been vacant for 6 months, that is NOT a reflection on the candidate pool, that is a reflection on your organization and hiring practices It shows that the position is of no real value and they have no need to fill it. Stop wasting yours and candidate's time with a position you have no intention of filling any time this decade.
