Management saw my resume on a job posting site and contacted me about my interest. I was open to the opportunity of working in AV (perviously in similar field, but not same as what Avidex does). I had a phone call with a manager who gauged my experience. A week or so after that, they scheduled me for an in-person interview with two managers at their office. About a week after that, they offered me the job, which I accepted. During the in-person interview, they also mentioned the potential to move to a different role with the customer, based on my experience and career interests.
