The interview process was granted upon successfully passing the pre-employment examination. From that point, a thorough check was made of my credentials, education, and experience. Afterward, I was interviewed by the recruiter and then passed to my current supervisor (I have total respect for this woman - awesome) who spoke with me, at length, about my coding experience, my "comfort zone" (type of charts I am familiar with and how many hours I planned to code per week), and she also questioned my future goals. The interview process was very relaxed and informal (via phone, of course) and this allowed my supervisor to get an accurate picture of my wants and needs in order to place me with just the right account and charts.
