Interview Experience:
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It consisted of two rounds. The first round was with a field specialist, where we discussed my previous experience, key digital marketing concepts, and how I had handled certain campaigns in the past. The questions were moderately challenging, focusing on both strategic thinking and practical execution. It felt more like a conversation than a strict Q&A, which helped ease the pressure.
The second round was with the HR representative. This round was more about understanding my personality, cultural fit, and career goals. They also shared detailed insights about the company’s work environment, growth opportunities, and expectations from the role.
